Jefferson, according to our very reliable staff, was announced as an early enrollee and would be in at mid-term. What's curious, she should have played since our SEC schedule had not started, but she didn't. I thought it was strange, but then again, it makes our staff seem a bit unreliable

When they announced her commitment the plan was always for her to start playing next season. Stop trying to make something out of nothing like you always do.
From the Advocate in July:
quote:

Jefferson will enroll at LSU next spring by way of Jefferson (Mo.) Community College and will become eligible to compete during the 2013-14 season. She will have two years of eligibility remaining once she joins the Lady Tigers.

Its DaShawn Hardin

Due to NCAA rules and transferring, she wouldn't have been able to play for us this year!

why has LSU never made a statement of any kind about Jefferson's NOT coming? they have a very bad habit of just "not reporting" negative news about ANY of our programs, recruiting, team/individual performances.

this affliction affects all quote "LSU media sources"----the Advocate, NOLA (Times-Pic), TV, etc. just omit negative facts about the sports.

case in point is the fact that our baseball team AND Bregman and Katz have been in what could be called a slump compared to the rest of their respective seasons---not a word about it. The first mention I saw/heard of any of it was during the Friday game against Florida, during which they actually showed a graphic detailing Katz's numbers for each month of the season, reflecting an obvious negative trend in the last 3 weeks.
