Bartolo Colon is always a good spot start. Don't let the weight and steroid suspension fool you. He can still pitch fairly well IMO.

Go to MLB.com and look at team statistics and hitting for the last year or two. It will rank the offenses in almost any way you want. Something simple like runs scored or home runs can give you a gist of good offenses.
