Jazz could. They need a PG and I think they have 2 picks. could also trade out the draft for a young vet. I know Monty said in an interview that we are too young of a team. CJ McCollum could rise to that spot. Lots of possibilities really.
Also wouldn't be surprised that if Orlando falls to third or even second in the draft, they take Burke with Afflalo locked up and needing a PG pretty badly.

Sure they could, they won't. This isn't the NFL draft, teams don't trade up especially for this class.
