Ok ok. That's why I asked the question. I know they aren't going anywhere this year. I just wanted to get y'all's opinion on the job he's done.
I agree they are both on the hot seat. I was just curious if some of y'all thought that the new era would bring a new GM/coach.

Didn't they extend both Dell and Monty this past fall?
Dell is still a bit of a mystery to me. He has done fine getting value from nobodies and clearing cap space for the rebuild. But it's time to build a roster with some long term vision.
