No shite. This win pretty much ensures they get the Thunder in the 1st round if they make it

D12 had a great game.

23/17/3/2

3 blocks, 2 steals that is. 6 of his 17 boards were offensive rebounds.

they need to win against Houston or have Utah lose one @Minny or @MEM. Utah is 12-27 on the road so it's hard to imagine the Lakers not getting the 8 seed.

I really wanna see how it plays out. I think Dwight stays in LA, but will they trade Pau away or let him stay for his final contract year? Will they amnesty Kobe and then resign him in the next offseason? Will Nash retire? I think Nash with Pau and Dwight with no Kobe (because Kobe tends to chuck) could be very good offensively, but they need to get a new coach and fix the defense.

good deal. so it looks like the Magic get the Lakers 2017 1st round pick (no higher than 6th overall)

That makes me feel better about the Kobe injury. No way they get past the Thunder no matter what. With the injury questions the Spurs have, the Lakers would have at least made that a series with Kobe.

I'd like to see D12 play like that offensively every time out. 24 a game, but he's not that kind of player.

They just signed Mini Mamba, Drew Goudelock, so they will be fine.

Didn't they draft him two years ago? Bounced around the D league I'm sure.

Yea, I guess they called him up? I don't remember how the D league works in relation to the NBA or if they keep his rights for a certain period or what.

He's been in the D league all this year.

It'd be hilarious if the lakers were better without Kobe
