You win, I almost shite my pants. Common theme here involving the alcohol, understandably. I have more of those than I can remember, my biggest actual cooking fail was trying to make a Thai coconut shrimp in college. I was a junior and had really just started branching out beyond standard Louisiana food and barbeque and stuff, had never used coconut milk for anything.
