I agree. The book readers here tried that a few pages back by continuing discussion about the show until you all started back up again with your non-reader thread manifestos that have been rehashed a million times.

Right. Which is the problem. And it's been pointed out and rehashed a million times because you still refuse to understand that.

What was said that brought "book info" to the thread? Everything I saw was based on the show as has been asked.

Correct...because a lot of things have been hidden/deleted.

I'm talking about a few pages back when we tried to reroute the thread for the better. I don't believe anything was removed from that portion.

Was anyone else disappointed that Arya had the sword knocked away so easily?
I know she is just a little girl, but part of me wanted to her be good with it.

How can you not see that nobody can take anything said by a known book reader objectively? Intentional or not, fair or not - anything you say about the show will be scrutinized and over analyzed. Which is why none of should be commenting in here.

Oh I'm sorry is someone doing something in this thread that annoys you?
Eta, yes there were spoilers bud.
If you are bitching about me deleting, I did it to appease iluv and her illogical anger. What was posted was CLEARLY obvious from not only this episode, but episodes from previous seasons. People don't pay attention to the show, and then get mad when there is clarification. Nothing has been spoiled in this thread, and nothing has been clarified that should do anything but enhance the non-reader experience.

I wanted her to be good with it, but she literally just had a handful of lessons with a sword that has a lighter balance then what she was handling. I wasn't disappointed knowing that. She obviously has a long way to go and given where she's been thus far I think it served it's purpose in reminding us that she is in fact just a little girl.

i can't believe how fragile these people are

Psychtiger and Carsonnumbers posts were hidden among with a few others.
Most people in the reader threads are trying to protect you guys as an endangered species that don't need to be tampered with. We were very specific in the reader thread in pointing out exactly what posts were made and what they clearly inferred so it's all been identified for them.
Unfortunately Bluegrassbelle is one of many morons that can't stay away. So as a non-reader just avoid any post from Bluegrass, Napolean, Carson numbers, Psychtiger for a start.

You non-readers just want a thread that has exclusivity so you can all circle jerk (and that iluv can control). I don't even believe it is about discussing the show for you guys. I really don't understand the militant aggression towards anyone that has read the books and posted in this thread.
And this is coming from a former non-reader that had MAJOR events spoiled for me last year by TN Bhoy. If you'd all chill out a little, you'd see that the book readers can really enhance your enjoyment and understanding of what is going on. Not one book reader would truly want to spoil something. We all know how disappointed we would have been to have that happen.

Yes it did. I expected at least one parlay. Was it too much to ask!

Way earlier in the thread. Which was obviously addressed. I'm talking about a few pages back when we tried to get the thread back on track.

frick off. And you can RA me on that one too. If you can point out where I've ever posted "book info" then have at it.

Don't bother, they want you gone because you aren't part of their club.

Just a question...
Where do you stand on someone that has read past the show, but hasn't finished and don't want things spoiled in the reader thread?
I mean...they can't post here because of "knowledge", but can't post there because of "lack of knowledge". What do they do?

I won't speak for anyone else on this, but I don't want or need my enjoyment of the show to be "enhanced" by someone who is in the know, so to speak. And I get that you say nobody would want to spoil anything for me, and that's cool and I'd hope not. And that's all good. But that doesn't mean it won't happen on accident. That's happened several times before. Like I said yesterday, it's cool that readers want to help, but sometimes that does more harm than good. So why not just avoid the potential bad altogether?

Bluegrassbelle: (book reader)
Your entire opinion is tainted because you've read the books and know Arya's character arc, so you have an expectation of how Arya on the show should develop. Stop, discussing it with non-book readers it has nothing to do with posting an actual spoiler as it does with how you have a tainted perspective.
I'm a book-reader I'm making a point in this thread because the non-book readers won't know when any information you give is potentially damaging.
