Yes they do. And pads. I have two girls. And they have multiple other uses.

This is also something we hoard. We have a business that sales certain home items. We buy in bulk so we always have a large inventory of female hygiene products, toilet paper, soap etc. With recent inflation it's been a damn good investment too.
