Went Saturday and went up and down all of the the exceptionally narrow aisles, and walked out without buying anything. I didn't see anything that I couldn't get from my usual Mathernes/Calandros/Fresh Market rotation, and at lower prices. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, store was clean and well lit and laid out (other than the skinny arse spacing), but I would've rather shop at the Rouses in Lafayette as my something different than Alexander's. And I have driven to Murray's Superette several times for my Jamabalya ingredients in contests. Did see the Blue Icon, left it for my hopheads.

I keep hearing how narrows the aisles are. I actually haven't gone down them yet. I try to shop mostly on the periphery.

That's a little out of the way for me.

Those are all South of the interstate though...

As much as I love Calandro's it's a pain in the arse to get back north of 10 at 5:30.
