No. I had a set of prints because a friend of mine who was giving the owner a price asked me to look at some items because they were bidding on it. Apparently they did not get it and as I watched it being built the pace made me comment on that because I never saw anyone onsite and it took them about six months longer to build what is essentially a Pre engineered metal building than normal schedules would take.

I do very little work for GC's because I don't like being their finance guy. I'm not a GC either. They don't have enough margin for me to fool with.

I have no vendetta. I hope the place does well and as I said I made a quick lap through, bought a steak and was done. Looks like a grocery store to me. Black Angus New York Strip. $12.99 a pound and I can get that steak at most grocery stores in the area. Wine section looked nice and I'll go back and take my time going through it. Competition is good and I hope all close take notice.

But as I stated they have a very expensive piece of property and now an expensive building on it they I'd be willing to bet has a nice banknote. They better keep up with the game. I'm just speculating though like everyone else.

Absolutely. Alexander's is nice, but would be nothing more than any other neighborhood market inside the Houston loop. Alexander's plus the arrival of Rouses and eventually Trader Joe's will cause everyone to raise their game.
