I'm not a reader but have read this thread recently and looked up some stuff online...I'm just saying all this because I'm not any kind of expert.

But...do you think a character like Negan would be good for the show? I mean someone who owns Rick and kills off original characters?

He seems too harmful for the group but curious y'all's opinions on him and what form he may take.

Seems like he would have to part of the "Wolves" in some capacity and be introduced soon.

Negan is very harmful, but what it takes to deal with him moves the story to the next phase. That's all I'll say given I don't know what you've already been spoiled on.

I think the Negan character is necessary to move the story along, but if they drag his storyline on the show out for as long as they did in the comics then people will stop watching.

no i think the scavengers are the wolves. i think they'll play that into the finale and the finale's final shot will be the mega herd heading their way after the noise from fight with the scavengers/wolves.

negan would be next season and i have no idea how they'll pull him off. i would think people that are just viewers would find him way too over the top even without the cursing.
