G2 and Griffin are the favorites for sure. C9 could get a "Sneaky" ( 
) win or two and squeak out. But it'll be tough.
Group B has a legitimate shot of having a play-in team get past the group stage. Clutch could win a spot in this group.
Group C is crazy strong. Maybe the hardest group ever in worlds, especially if Clutch gets unlucky and gets put here.
I'm not sure how good any of the teams actually are this year, but they definitely have the name brands.
Group D... I'm not sure how good AHQ and IG are this year, but if TL wants to win the whole thing, they've got to be able to beat teams like these. Bad part about the existing regions assigned to Group D is that they have a 50/50 shot of getting a Korean team added. So, good luck with that.

AHQ is probably the worst non major region team not in play ins. The LMS no longer exists when the season ends, and they went from relegation in the spring to 7-5 in the summer which got them 2nd, that's how bad the region was.
