When it happens to me... it's almost always a given that it is a team duoq. There are a few games where it's a shen and tp mid.... where there is a possibility that it is just a great play, but I still have my doubts.

I can kinda pull it off every few games, but it is only when I duoQ (surprisingly it's with a random jungler I met in a game, have friended, and play with often. When you find really good synergy with someone.... add them to the friends list.) However, he plays Gragas/Kled/Zac and can tank a few tower shots.

Additionally, our lane usually has to be ahead for us to be able to pull it off 2v3. And I cannot ever remember us being able to coordinate mid/top joining in. On the few occasions that mid and/or top have joined in on the dive... it's with a TP and never with a roam.
