I've had a ton of success lately running jungle Rammus. Once you get mobi boots + homeguard, then you can just be everywhere on the map. Once you get to late game build, Rammus can derp up to their team and taunt a carry with no real risk of being killed.
The one game I have lost with him, my Malphite top had 38 farm in a 28 minute game. This guy made it to Gold and averaged a little over 1 farm per minute in a game.

The games where my team doesn't go full retard before 10 min. I use the same build path. Half way to SotAG, mobi-boots, homeguard.
Gank top, Mid and Bot in about 1 min...
With that kind of movement speed... you can gank straight through the lane... hell even go through side bushes before they even have time to react.
The games that I've taken Teleport have had a high rate of rage quits.
