There's nothing Ashe does better than any other adc. I know people like her, and good players are going to be good regardless of who they play, but as a champion, she's trash.
ETA: Also picking her into an already picked Caitlyn is just full potato.

Well of course not, that's just silly.
Ashe is certainly not top tier, but I just find her fun to play.
If (and that's a big if), you farm properly and don't die like an idiot, she can prove be a very formidable ADC late game. Her passive helps out a lot as well once you get your IE built, especially with a shiv. And her hawkshot is quite useful as well.
I know no one likes her, but for some reason, I love to play her.
