I would agree. We have a new 12bit standard coming which i'm more excited about than 4K itself.

Hmm, HDR10 and Dolby Vision are the 2 standards. Samsung calls theirs HDR10 Premium just to have a different name, it's still the same HDR10 format standard. LG uses HDR Pro for their naming sake but it is also still the same HDR10 standard format, but they also offer Dolby Vision.

You know I thought so. The guy at Wal-Mart(kid) was telling me this shtt. I was like damn, didn't know. Thought we decided on a standard.

Was actually about to post the interaction in my truck after buying the TV. But it was almost 6 this past Monday and LSU was coming on, so needed to rush home.

Not surprising then.

I hate that shite so much though, it is so damn scummy. Hey here are 3 different TV's, this one has HDR Pro, this one HDR Premium, this one HDR Super, 2 of those 3 are actually HDR10 meaning real HDR, better hope you pick right! Good luck.

As if the average consumer is going to know or have any real idea what is what.

But that is how they tend to sell the lower end models, oh wow look this one has HDR for half the price of that one!! Yeah, about that...
