Yeah, a page or two ago I mentioned that one of the Google results pointed to a bug with Intel HD drivers and full-screen games in non-native resolutions, or some shite like that. It seems like a long-shot, but I uninstalled Intel HD GPU drivers, and windows memory allocation seems to be behaving as it should, although I still get pretty heavy memory usage in Chrome, and it takes about 10-15 seconds for memory usage to drop after closing chrome windows.

Yeah, I saw that one mentioned, but since I'm on AMD that was a no go.
I had an older version of Java installed as well as the latest, so I uninstalled Java completely and so far it seems okay so idk.
Amazing that all of the programs out there they all completely suck, I have tried damn near every single one.
VMMap with Dopus seemed to be the best one, but the stack never showed the program/driver causing it, they all just said Dopus.
ETA: Yep pretty sure it was that old arse Java conflicting with the latest Java. Since uninstalling that Java 7 old arse one, no issues with RAM the last few hours playing games. Reinstalled the latest Java 8 45 and good to go it seems. Crazy thing is that I have no idea how that old of a Java got installed in the first place, I certainly didn't do and this is a fresh Win 8.1 install from a month ago, Webroot scans were clean.
