Unless the game has a built-in hardware ID check and refuses to launch based on the hardware it identifies, you can probably run it. But you're gonna have a bad time.

This is what worries me. I am only missing .5g of the dedicated VRAM. The i3 to i5 upgrade is more important imo. I will try and get 1 or the other before then, but in a "worst case scenario" (1st world problems) I still want to play.
