It's a little exaggerated, though. The benchmark is designed to test your CPU in a manner disproportionate to what most games are going to require. I'm guessing that there's an emphasis on single-threaded performance in this test, since your FPS averages seem to increase in response to each overclock, with no point of diminishing returns. I'd also bet that if that test were run at a higher resolution (1440p monitor or higher), there'd be less emphasis on the CPU and you'd see an even smaller % FPS increase with each overclock.
This is why I hate benchmarks. I've maybe run Unigine Valley once or twice in my life, but I might frick around with it tonight and see how it responds to my 4770k and 1440p.
