To save on frozencpu's ridiculous shipping costs, Radio shack sells that too. It's handy for stubborn TIM like the factory stuff that tends to harden, but iso is just as good in most scenarios, and will always at least be adequate. If repasting a laptop, you might consider using the arcticlean if it's hardened factory TIM, but not if you can't find some at your local radio shack.
