Even an i3 wouldn't bottleneck the cards -- but if you're playing anything that uses more CPU power than normal, that would be an issue.
Why not just get an 1155 ITX board and look for a sandy or ivy on ebay? Almost identical game performance to the Haswell equivalent, and cheaper.

I will probably just go with that AMD 750K and an FM2 Asrock board. Got to stay loyal to my AMD for now and it would be a much cheaper option anyway. That 750K is also supposed to OC well.
