Just paid off for Rome TW 2. Now it's on the finding the right tower. I'm not looking to build anything however, just buy off the shelf. I like the HP Envy 700 for $729.
Here's the recommended specs for the game:
OS: Windows 7 / Windows 8
Processor:2nd Generation Intel Core i5 processor (or greater)
Memory: 4GB RAM
Graphics:1024 MB DirectX 11 compatible graphics card.
DirectX®:11
Hard Drive:35 GB HD space
Screen Resolution: 1920x1080
And here is the Envy system specs:
4th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-4430 processor
Features a 6MB cache and 3.0GHz processor speed.
12GB PC3-12800 DDR3 SDRAM
For multitasking power, expandable to 32GB.
Multiformat DVD±RW/CD-RW drive with double-layer support
Records up to 8.5GB of data or 4 hours of video using compatible DVD+R DL and DVD-R DL media; also supports DVD-RAM.
2TB Serial ATA hard drive (7200 rpm)
Intel® HD Graphics 4600
Feature up to 1792MB total available video memory
Microsoft Windows 8
Everything matches up although I'm not sold completely on the graphics card. Not worried about screen resolution as I plan to hook tower up to my flat screen. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to do with that internet browser?
You know, we could pick parts out for you here.. we seem to enjoy that kind of stuff in a very disturbing way.

You really shouldn't just go for minimum specs unless you like screen stutter and your game to play like a slide show.

The pc you listed has integrated graphics which is not good for modern gaming. Go a different route.

By that, gardoki mean that you need to build. For 800 you can build a computer that would curbstomp that hot mess you posted.
