I played it for 20-30 minutes and it seemed boring. Guess I need to go back and play it one day.

I can understand, it feels very linear and forced most of the game but you are allowed to explore a little. Plus I love 3rd person games with a sense of discovery. The graphics are also absolutely amazing also.
Bottom line is I'm just happy playing something other than a shooter. Really do not like FPS games, I want to roam and discover the world while watching my character develop.

I don't think you would enjoy it, not your type of game IMO.
That tressfx is a resource hog though and actually works better on amd cards.
