I don't have enough time at the moment to configure something, but for the others who will likely get to it before me, tell us the general ballpark budget. Otherwise, you could just find out FSX minimum requirements and build something super cheap. Or if you give us a budget, we can configure something that will run it at the highest settings possible for the budget.
And for those who help with the build, keep in mind that FSX is more CPU dependent.

I don't really have a dollar amount. If its a build that could last me for a while I am willing to spend the money. If I had to put a dollar amount on it, 750-1000. If I could get something that would work great for less then that's even better. If I have a computer now, can I use some of the parts that are in it for the new build to save money and maybe use that to upgrade other parts? Maybe reuse the ram? From what I have read on here, you can build a high quality computer for fairly cheap compared to buying one.

Like I said though, I don't know how much these builds really cost for something like this so if my price range is way off, sorry. I am not looking at building the ultimate gaming pc that has the most expensive parts on the market. I just want to have something that I can crank the graphics up to high on when I do have some time for games and don't mind paying for something that will last a little while with new games.
