If I recall correctly, he had crossfired 7950s that were gigabyte or sapphire or some other brand that's notorious for using non-reference PCBs and locking voltage. He's trading those frickers out for some Twin Frozr 7950s, which use the reference PCB and are not locked.

All of this is correct except they are 7950s, not 6950s
