No, the big battlefield streamers play at 120hz while streaming with the live gamer HD. I don't know if the functionality is built in or if they use some sort of adapter though.
I want to say it is native 1080/120, but just check for certain blue.
This is it.
I dont use it at all but do want to keep it, maybe.. but like I said, you can test it out for however long you need.

what are some decent cheap case fans for the fractal r4? I'm trying to get rid of the blue led I have
LED Fans are for..
Highschool Kids, Consolers and the Poors.
Please purchase some Noiseblockers or Corsair AF120s for case fans. s

I don't need anything better than what I have honestly and I want it cheap

I ordered the e10 for my Q701, coming in Friday. I probably should've just gotten an amp, because loudness is my only issue.

A four-pack of cooler-master sleeve-bearing fans for $14.99: LINK
They are cheap, but just fine for case fans, especially if you don't have a fan controller (they can run at full voltage, move a fair amount of air, and still not make a lot of noise).
Posted on 1/1/14 at 2:54 pm to ILikeLSUToo
R4 actually has a built in fan controller but I'll look at that
Posted on 1/1/14 at 2:56 pm to Mr Gardoki
Oh, in that case you can look into some higher RPM fans that can get loud but also respond well to undervolting (those cooler-master fans are mostly on/off when it comes to undervolting).

I have a set of those that LSU linked. They do the job but do start to whine after a couple of months

Yeah, that's the problem with sleeve bearing fans. Lifespan can be iffy, especially when horizontally mounted. Anytime I use sleeve bearing fans, I always add a drop or two of oil.

I may get some 140mm fans, that's what I have now

If you're looking for some cheap but good ones.
Check these out.
I have those and the arctic ones. Both move a ton of air and they're quiet.

NXZT fans aren't bad but if you're going for Black/White theme look at your very own Fractal Fans.

Dropped my iPad and destroyed the screen.
Looks like I'll be dropping it off for a repair tomorrow.

yes, but they're almost double the price if he's buying more. They're probably the exact same fan too. Both the Arctics and the NZXTs are manufactured by the same company.

Those will still match. The r4 has a black and white fan built in the back for exhaust. 1 of these will be in the front where you can't see it anyway. The other will go up top those which will show so maybe not.
I may see if if an just put the stock fan I have in the front up top if it is black
Eta: This is what I am replacing

Fiio e10 is both an amp and a dac
Volume won't be an issue with the q701. They should sound pretty good on their own without an amp or dac fwiw
Edit: misread your post. I don't think a dac is a bad idea. But If You already have a decent sound card, that e10 dac isn't going to be an improvement really

Oh sorry, I thought those fans both ran around the same price.

He doesnt have a sound card, just on board audio.
I say get a DAC even if you believe your stream is clean. I didn't believe my stream was full of noise until using my Modi.

yeah, for some reason they're a lot more. You can get them used on Ebay for like $10 though.
