My loop is tight and im afraid to spill Mayhem Pastel on the Titans.
Plus I'm about to rip it apart in 3months for service and 4960, but you never know I have been bored lately.
BTW, did anyone else ge their cooler in? Mine arrived today!

Nah I need to see why they aren't here yet. Don't count on me to install mine anytime soon or on my main system for that matter.

Should be a blow out.
And by blowout I mean water spraying everywhere.

New cooler performing well!
I'm pretty sure eating that meat would instantly give you cancer. Like, you'd feel it growing and metastasizing that evening.

I delidded my Haswell, and I'm proud to say I am posting from my Haswell PC.
It lowered my load temps 24C on average and 30C in the highest stress tests.
At this OC, prior to delidding I could not run Intel Burn Test (standard stress level) without it almost immediately hitting 95+, throttling, and BSOD. Now, Standard level hits about 70, and "Very High" hits around 80 (nothing would ever stress it that much).
I'll post some pics later. They are uneventful other than a small scare.
Delidding was fricking easy. Clamped the vise to desk. Secured IHS. Put wood against IHS, and hammer. At first, it wasn't budging and I finally realized that the wood wasn't hard enough (that's what she said). I changed it out with scrap piece of cheap furniture wood and it took 2 hits with the hammer.
Coollaboratory ultra on the die, and Noctua NT-H1 on the IHS.

Wait just a minute..
24C on average? 30C in stress testing?
So before delidding on stress tests you avg'd 70-80C and now you are maxing around 45-50C? Holy cow!
