But I want Bioshock. :(
Well, then, what's your steam name or email? I have two bioshock infinite steam codes. I was saving one for the benchmark competition but it looks like that is on hold indefinitely. But anyway, you can have a bioshock infinite code.

What a good guy, I take back all my negative comments towards you and your pc beliefs today
Posted on 6/21/13 at 4:13 pm to Mr Gardoki
I have no PC beliefs. Only facts with a light, healthy dusting of bias.
Also, I am now in possession of my MSI Mpower, 4770k, Raystorm block, and Seasonic 1250 gold.
Draining the loop and doing a fresh install today.

I try to be the same. I am mostly hesitant with xfire because I have seen the videos with the runts and tearing. I hate tearing

That is too awesome of you.
My email is tychampion at yahoo . I'll send it right back to you if I order my parts and the 4 game bundle is still valid. I'll be sure to repay you if I ever get any extra games once I start PC gaming.

No problem.
Paging coyote... You said you have that low profile crucial memory that came free with my motherboard. Is it worth buying another 8gb to replace my corsair vengeance? Ive just left it at 1600 and never needed to overclock it.

Ram is something I want to look into. I have this.
I am trying to find benchmarks with games and ram. I know the difference is small but I would still like to see.

Yeah I use it in my test bench.
It is a great stick of RAM for 1 reason.. "Low Voltage". You get 1.6GHz @ 1.35V and easly 2.1GHz @ 1.45V. Meaning it stays pretty cool. I haven't tried pass that because it is on an AM3+ MOBO and the limit is 2.1GHz. With 1150 socket, no telling if 2.6GHz is achievable. I don't it will OC as good as my Samsung Wonder inside the HTPC, but you never know. I really like the low voltage stuff, seems like there is more headroom for us OCers.
As for "worth it", you know as well as any of us that the value in RAM only really reflects on SUPERPi runs.
I say get a 2nd so you could run dual channels and have potential 2.4GHz RAM for essentially $62 bucks.
EDT: Purchase a new MOBO for the test bench, never installed it yet.. will do tonight and bench. (Hopefully)

They had 4x2 1600MGHz on sale the other day for $40. I forgot to go back and grab it for my HTPC build.
Gigabyte FINALLY got me that 7870 back. I am going to test it all out tomorrow and make sure it's good but I am going to sell it or that Sapphire 7870 I have soon. Hell, I may sell both and grab one of these $250 7950s everyone is snatching up.

Only if you pay the $193 shipping.

You got me
What are you thinking for it? IlikeLSU has me thinking about crossfire again

I need to look around and see what they are going for on ebay, used on Amazon, and r/hardwareswap. That's how I price everything to be as fair as possible.

Have you read the thread on OCN?
Seems like a mixed bag of opinions.

This is why I may sell both of these and just upgrade.
Not that I need to as either of these 7870s run anything I play great at 1080p

I noticed this too. That's what has me concerned with it and why I am not sold. I do have faith in it getting sorted out in the future though with the upcoming drivers. Blue also said Radeon pro took care of it and I read that on OCN too from many people. I probably won't do it mostly because I don't need to. I am just thinking about the benchmarks...

BTW, Gardoki, this is the one I have. It's the Gigabyte OC. It's core clock is 1100 and I think the Sapphire OC you and I have has a core clock of 1050.
LINK
Not that it will make any difference in crossfire but if I keep one I may keep that Gigabyte.

Nice cooler.. flash a modded BIOS and you can OC it well.

Plus it's physically bigger than the Sapphire. That should add to the e-peen somehow.
