I know you're being sarcastic, but one of my gripes with Javi is that he is inexperienced for what we're asking him to do. Offensive production right now is great, so he's obviously doing something right. But helping guys work through the mental side of a slump is a little tougher, but just as important as helping them hone their technique and approach. I'm not saying Javi can't do that, just that he doesn't have a lot of experience doing that.
