IDK man... Been reading some stuff that makes me feel they are very interested. Said his game is very similar to John Wall's and would fit well...

Mom says Kentucky is interested in Louisiana point guard Dominic Magee
Aug. 29, 2013
Written by Steve Jones
The University of Kentucky basketball team’s recruiting radar for point guards in the Class of 2014 extended this week to four-star Harvey, La., prospect Dominic Magee, who immediately put UK in his top five college options.
Magee’s mother, Brenda Turner, said her son doesn’t yet have a scholarship offer from UK and the family hasn’t spoken with head coach John Calipari. Assistant Kenny Payne has spoken with Magee’s father and AAU coach to explain the Cats’ interest and how UK operates. Magee, ranked as the No. 66 senior and the No. 15 point guard by 247Sports.com, is also considering Memphis, LSU, Oklahoma State and Kansas State. Rivals.com gives him three stars.
Magee is a 6-foot-3, 175-pound player for Helen Cox High School, which also produced former five-star recruit and current Detroit Pistons player Greg Monroe.
Magee’s mother thinks her son is talented enough to play at UK.
“Believe me, if we felt like Kentucky was too big that our son couldn’t go there and produce or go there and make it, we would have shut the conversation down,” she said. “But we believe our son has that ability and could be that kid who could be one and done. He has that ability, yes.”
Magee sent out a tweet on Wednesday that he had an offer from UK after, his mom explained, the family had assumed, based on their dealings with other programs, that an initial call such as the one they got from Payne qualified as an offer. Turner said Payne clarified that at UK only Calipari issues the offers, and she said they’d wait to hear from him “down the line,” possibly this weekend or next week.
“(Payne) said their process is totally different than other colleges, and they will be contacting us at a later time to discuss exactly what was going on,” Turner said. “Me and my husband’s feel on that is that they are interested, but they have not yet offered.”
Magee has set up official visits to his other four finalists, his mother said, Memphis next week, LSU on Sept. 14, Oklahoma State on Oct. 18 and Kansas State on Oct. 25.
