We have a group going to NO for Crescent City Classic, several in the party would like to try Mr. Johns. I was hoping the experts here could give me a few recommendations from their experiences.

Will the women enjoy the Filet?
I have seen the strip and the bone-in recommended once on here for healthy men eaters. Any sort of dress code?
Go to desserts?

Thanks in advance!

If ur friends can't find something they like on the menu, find new friends. LOL. Last time I checked, all women that are normal like filets.
They have some pretty good Italian food too. For dress, no coat and tie required. Don't show up in jeans and t-shirts

If you asking if the filet is good, the answer is yes.

Your party sound like big steak fans, I would also suggest Chop House in the CBD next time.

I'm sure you will enjoy Mr. John's though.

I'm curious, how often are "steak fans" disappointed at steak houses? I rarely choose steak houses but when I go I am hardly ever disappointed. It's just not my first preference.

I rarely eat steak but always enjoy Mr. Johns. The Italian is really good (better than anything in BR). I think I got crabcakes last time I was there.
