I am too. I have owned three cars and am 26 years old. I had a corolla, then a tacoma, and now a 4runner. I havent had ONE repair outside of regular maint. Got rid of the corolla with 200k and still going strong, the tacoma had 165k when I totaled it and the 4runner has 70 something on it. Coincidence?

I'll vouch for Tacomas. mine was at 162k and still ran perfectly.
You could tell it wasn't 100%, but I bet it could have made another 100k miles easy. Good trucks.

You're not really comaring apples to apples. A corolla might be reliable but it's not really in the same class as a Taurus, at least size wise. Same with your SUV and PU comparisons.
