And I agree that he sometimes would get washed out during run plays. But he was playing in a 4-3 on the line. At OLB standing up he will be able to utilize his speed and range more because he will have more space to move around and avoid blockers. In a 4-3 DE you take on the block and build a pile. Which isn't what Mingos strong suit is and he got washed out some. He's best in space and getting around blockers using his speed, length, and range.
