I used to smoke when I drank, and well...I drank most of the time...and could do moderate hikes but it seems like the high altitude stuff like Mt. Logan would kill you if you smoke.

Maybe not an overall multi day trip, but, I really enjoy the Smoky Mountains National Park outside of Gatlinburg. You can spend as many days as you want there and still not hike all of the trails. Get the map and stay on the moderate to extreme trails and you'll have little company. Of course, the easy trails are usually chock full of people. Bring your tent and stay in one of the park areas, and you can call it a multi day trip!
I have patches from the majority of the trails in the park. Also, the scenery is magnificent.
