How is it in regards to cholesterol? Isn't coconut fairly high in that regard?

It is, but you must use small amounts, very little chunks, as you would butter.

Cholesterol is an animal by-product. There is none in coconut oil.

It has more saturated fat per serving than lard. This is the second time I've heard recently someone touting it as "healthy". I'm not so sure if it is or not.
