Snow Crash - Not all that accurate overall but it more or less created the term "avatar" as is used by the internet. Also, it had a program called "Earth" that was remarkably similar to Google Earth and almost certainly the reason they chose that name. Neal Stephenson was well ahead of the curve when writing about the internet.

To be fair that isn't exactly a creative name for a program that gives satellite views of earth
