#17 Pre-Season.... and back-to-back humiliations in bowl games. A real powerhouse, alright.

It hurts to read this

That is his legacy.

No...he will forever be remembered as the grass eating, high hat wearing, JJ loving, strange word usage, quirky man he is.

U find it perplexing? U pick a handful of events yet U overlook 80+ win and the best winning % of any coach in our history. The "clock mgt" game is an ESPN-like drama show. "Click it" or not there was not time for another play. Your selective memory does not compute.

Then he surely has won many BCS Bowl Games. Name them.... besides the Saban-assisted NC game.

You conveniently forget one thing: It stills flows through Met... and that leaves much to be desired. He is NOT the second coming.

There was no "Saban assisted" anything.

The game is a game of inches...and realistic people get it. Last season should have been a BCS invite but rules, ratings, n politics dictated otherwise and th e team didn't play---the game plan was sound enough had there been effort n some execution, but I'm sure the players went into the Clemson game with a similar mentality as the fans--ACC pushover, and their effort showed on BOTH sides of the ball.

Yeah, two trolls or clueless LSU fans who know shite about what it takes to lead the SEC and big boy football in wins since 2005.

You two couldn't find your way out of a dead in street.

It took a few years to materialize, but I'm a believer.

I appreciate Coach Les Miles because HE IS A TRUE LSU TIGER and he wants to be our coach AT LSU not like some "other coach" who wasn't happy enough to stay here .......

Yes, because pre-season rankings in March really matter.

FWIW, the Tigers started the 2003 title run ranked #14 according to this. Good thing they actually play the games and don't depend on preseason rankings.
