Where to fish on the north shore?

I'm going visit my brother who lives in Robert. We plan on going fishing tomorrow morning while the wives shop but are not real sure where to go. He has a 16' boat and dosent fish that area much. It doesn't matter if it is freshwater or saltwater but we were thinking saltwater. I would be completely fine with anchoring down and catching sheepshead. Trying to make a relatively quick trip. Launch around 7 and fish till lunch. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. TIA. I will be driving for the next 2 hours so I won't be able to respond much.

Lake Ramsay if you wanna be in the boat. Could also fish the river in Madisonville/Covington.
II have some top secret spots in Mandeville that hold very big bass and catfish, but I charge by the pound for info

It's only a 45-1000 minute ride to heaven!
