You really need someone that can motivate the players and someone that can be a master strategist, and it doesn't really matter who's the head and who's the assistant. There aren't that many Popovich's running around so you're probably going to need to find 2 good coaches. I think the important question is does Monty realize this. He needs someone to tell him he sucks at certain things, maybe we can find a volunteer on HT

let's let sexecutioner do it..he seems to know what he's talking about. if it were up to him, the hornets would be out of timeouts by the end of the first quarter
