I was a freshman in 1964 and a season ticket holder since 1969. Three games that stand out when we still had just the lower bowl:

Pretty sure the west upper deck was added in 1978. I know for sure it was there for the USC game in '79 cuz that's where I sat for that game!

Not this one. The old west upper was already there by then. It actually was completed for the 1978 season. But they did have new scoreboards for that game.
