This!
I would grow a similar beard during dead week and finals before christmas and not shave or trim it until syllabus day next semester. People often thought I was a hobo when I would return to my home town. All the christmas photos from the college years are very flattering! He is a kid let him live. I didn't like the Ron Burgundy stache tho, I'll admit that!
