All he said was that we could disguise "by personnel", meaning if we have a dual-threat TE, we can leave him in the game for either running or passing plays so that the other team won't be able to tell which we're doing based on which TE is in the game. Makes sense to me, if that's what he's saying.

That's exactly what I was saying. Some people are too far up their own arse with their opinions about the offense to comprehend anything though.
