1. Depth
2. More speed/quickness on the perimeter (shot creation and defense)
3. Dirty work post player
4. One guy (guard/forward/C it doesnt matter, but preferably not Anderson) who can work in the post
5. A veteran who can play and is willing to mentor/light a fire under all the young guys
6. Most importantly- time for players to season together and learn

This is what I see Greivis becoming. I'd love to bring in another young guard to round out our rotation. Someone will eventually need to reduce Greivis' load and compete with him. Hopefully it will be someone with a different style of play than we have on the roster now. Someone dynamic.
I like the idea of keeping a core piece or two around for continuity.
