Just finished making this

DIY Sous Vide

Plan on testing it out this weekend, any suggestions?

good idea, but I made scotch eggs last weekend. Might try to stay away from the eggs this week.

First thing I'm going to try when I get my hands on one is spare ribs or a thick ribeye. Whatever you choose make sure to report back here.

I've seen some beautiful sous vide steaks. I'd probably go in that direction. Curious how the DIY version goes too.
