Rodman almost always drew a tougher matchup night in and night out at that time. The low post talent was unreal.
Perimeter defense of those bulls teams were shared by 2 great defenders. I'm not trying to take anything away from Pippen, but Rodman was a great defender in his own right. It's no coincidence every team he played on won. That's more than Pippen can say

you realize the identical argument can be made for Wade right?

Rodman was also surrounded by great defenders, but the guy was psychological defender, Pippen was a long armed high IQ, physically dominant player.
