Why?

Can you explain what makes it so tough, isn't that the rule for all schools? As an outsider, I would think that with the legislative schollys his job would be easier that other private schools who don't have that option.

The university college was closed after Katrina, the grade requirements and TUITION were different than Tulane University.

All baseball programs are limited to 11.7 athletic scholarships per team.

The legislative schollys are generally given to political cronies of the people giving, very few to athletes.
