I can't say I disagree with who is overpaid and who is underpaid.

I do disagree with Jenkins. I really think he was misused by Spags. He was good his first year. Solid the next year and bad last year. Spags 'system' was the difference IMO.

Greer is good too. Every CB is beat, but he's our #1 CB and a good one.

And major props to DLP. I was worried about him when he started, but I've been pleasantly surprised by him.

Harper was back in coverage a lot more than he ever had been if I'm not mistaken too. There were a lot of things that didn't seem to make sense.

I think the play of the DB's dropped off a little after Dennis Allen left in 2010. It just seemed like he got more out of the group. I remember when the secondary was banged up a few years ago when we played the Steelers on Halloween but they all played pretty well despite that.

plus both Jenkins and Harper were exposed a lot more this year because of the awful run defense. Even when guys like Bush and Quddus got to play, that didn't change. Their play against the pass looked good but they weren't any better in run support than Jenkins or Harper IMO.

I don't think the system had anything to do with Jenkins' horrible tackling

I think Greer gets too much grief for last year and not enough consideration for having a sports hernia operation in Aug. It's a wonder he was able to play as well as he did.
