Who you got- #25 Bulldogs (25-3) or unranked LSU (17-10)? I know La Tech has won a ridiculous 18 straight and playing great ball right now, but i think JOB would go ape shite in the low post. As much as i hate to admit it, it'd probably be a competitive game if they met on a neutral court.

One team is heading to the big dance, the other is not. That's what matters most really

LSU would win if they make LA Tech play in a halfcourt set. If they play LA Tech's pace the whole game, Bulldogs have a chance, but LSU can run too.

LA Tech has played a really, really, REALLY easy schedule. They are a solid team but we would likely beat them as they have no answer for JOB III. They are a guard oriented team who like to play 10-11 guys a game and play faster.

LaTech at home. LSU at home. Both teams play really hard. I love LSU new coach. LSU will be a powerhouse in the SEC next year. I just hope Tech can keep Coach White for a few more years. Tech is really young right now and playing this well!

NWSt beat Tech on their home court. Didn't McNeese beat them as well. If not, it was close. La Tech could probably beat NWSt on their home court, but it would be close. I'm saying La Tech would be a pretty good Southland Conference team, nothing more. They wouldn't win it imo. Tech is playing a very weak WAC schedule. Sorry, but I'm not impressed. Been many Tech teams that could drub this one.

I think if Magnum Rolle was still at LT they would have a pretty dangerous team.

Tech is a totally different team from then. NWST is a good team that could beat anybody at their home court. McNeese St. is the one bad loss on Tech schedule. They are a totally different team now. You don't have to be impressed but they keep winning.

Your damn wrong on that one. Against Utah St. that was the best I have ever seen Tech play and I have been watching them since the Malone days.

What makes them different? Playing in the WAC? What else? Who have they beat outside of the WAC lately?

LSU would have to win in the post

A really easy thing to do considering LT has no front court and we have JOB III.

Also, does LSU have a 4, that is athletic enough to keep with Brandon Gibson on the defensive end?

Gibson is only 6'5, he's a perfect matchup for who we usually play at the 4 in Shavon Coleman, who is also 6'5.

Those of you saying LSU without question, obviously havent watched Tech play this season.

I'm only saying we win because Tech has no post presence and whenever a team hasn't had one, JOB III absolutely dominates. Even when teams have had good post players recently he's dominated. It's really hard to judge this LT team beyond "solid" because of the schedule. The only Top 50 team they played was USM which was a close win at home. LT played no good big conference teams, they only played A&M and lost by 12 @ A&M. The WAC is so terrible this year it's impossible to judge any team from it properly if they didn't play big boys OOC.

I saw Malone and the very good forward that played with him in a Regional at Tulsa. Believe me, this team couldn't hold that team's jockey straps, and if you stop for a minute, I believe you would agree. I saw this team play at NWSt. I didn't see any Karl Malones'. Maybe they are better than when I saw them play, but you are seeing them against WAC competition. Malone and company played the big boys!

No it wasn't it was total domination from Tech from the beginning to the end. You can only play who's on your schedule and Tech has done that pretty well. We got the longest winning streak in the nation with two tough games coming up against New Mexico St. and Denver. Tech's a lot better now than people give them credit for but who cares. Just keep winning and it will take care of its self.
