Goodell maintains for months the Saints are guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors. Taglibue comes in and immediately drops the penalties because they're guilty of what Goodell said they were guilty of?

If tags says anything other than what he said then Vilma wins his defamation case plain and simple. How else can anyone explain "you're guilty and we have the evidence to prove it but we aren't going to punish anyone"?
