Does it have a bottom drop/ hinged floor plate for shell removal out of the magazine, ALA the 700 BDL? I am looking for a new rifle and this is a requirement for me. I don't want to keep up with a detachable magazine and will not buy a new rifle to bolt every round out of the magazine.
